According to the results of the international marketing research conducted by the agency with GFK Custom Research together with the district newspapers, it turned out that the youth of Ukraine is the most involved category of all groups of workers. What can not be said about young workers of most countries of the world, which, due to greater exposure to stress, are less involved in the workflow. These circumstances, according to analysts, create a problem in the management of the company and are in jeopardy for personnel retention prospects.
Compared to 31% of employees who are more involved in the work for 60, 21% of people of age from 18 to 29. The difference of 10% creates serious problems in companies around the world. This leads to conflict between colleagues of different ages.61% of youth are sure that they have the possibility of career growth in another country or with a new employer. The economic crisis dealt a strong blow to the hopes of young workers. 36% of them agreed to the work that was unsatisfied and position. 40% indicated that they were stressful at work. 31% complain to overtime hours.
The Czech Republic and Hungary showed the lowest results in the involvement of youth, this indicator is 6%. Serbia and Portugal are above, their level does not exceed 7%. Further France (32%), Turkey (32%), Macedonia (36%).
What can not be said about Ukraine, where young people have a greater level of involvement and less suffer from stress at work. Of these, 17% often feel stress, 7% claim that the employer forces them to work overtime, 12% are concerned about the lack of resources for the effective work of work, and 23% of young people are waiting for economic changes in work, also being the most passive group regarding a change in work.
