Explain this by the fact that there are no funds in the state budget. In the Verkhovna Rada, they refused to establish the promised twenty -five percent premium to the wages of pharmacists, doctors, cultural workers and teachers who work in state, as well as communal educational institutions, healthcare and culture.
Only eighty -three deputies voted for the adoption of such a bill.
Recall that the bill was also proposed to establish a certain annual payment of material assistance. Funds, in the amount of the salary rate, were intended to solve social and household issues.
The bill also provided for the introduction for employees of culture and doctors of the allowances (monthly) for length of service. If the experience of the work was more than 3 years, then the surcharge is ten percent of the official salary. If more than ten, then twenty percent and so on.
During the discussion of such a bill, the Verkhovna Rada has already adopted the state budget for the current year. And, unfortunately, the corresponding payments in it are not provided. They also emphasized that the Ministry of Finance made calculations that showed: the implementation of such a bill would require at least additional eleven billion hryvnias.
