For many, this issue is very relevant, as they do not see a special parallel between the sales process and the international football championship. In fact, this takes place, since many experienced analysts confirm this fact. Analysts put forward their own hypothesis, as a result of which a clear parallel was drawn between the championship and real estate. The essence of the hypothesis is that everything is reduced to the comparison of the Euro 2012 period with this year. So it became known that it was this summer month that is sometimes more vacations. It turns out that it is during this period that the minimum number of transactions is carried out that relate to the sale of real estate. This year, trends in the modern country of suburban real estate are not much different from last year. It is worth noting that on the contrary they are very similar. Buyers still show their interest in small or medium houses, the total overall dimensions of which do not exceed 200 square meters. In addition, experts say that about 20% of the total mass of purchases has recently been implemented by attracting additional bank loans.
