The State Duma agreed on amendments to pension tariffs

November 23 (Friday), in order to reduce the deficit of the pension system, second and third readings, the State Duma agreed on amendments to pension tariffs. The changes provide for a reduction in deductions to the funded pension from 6% to 2%, and reassignment 4% in the insurance part of the pension. The redistribution of the funded tariff will be free (voluntary), according to the document adopted on Friday. In order to save 6% of the funded part of the pension, write the corresponding application until 2013. If a citizen does not submit an application until a certain period, an automatic redistribution of 4% of the tariff will occur. In addition to legal entities, amendments, self -employed citizens (lawyers, individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, etc. P.) who pay about 1000 rubles to the Pension Fund every month. The amount of the insurance premium for this category of citizens will increase to 26% of two minimum wages, that is, to 2700 rubles per month. Initially, for the self -employed population, they wanted to make a phased increase in the contribution, but as a result, a one -time increase in the contribution was accepted. The bill of the most influential also provides for the introduction of special tariffs of insurance premiums that depend on the place of work (in harmful conditions or not), 4% in 2013., 6% – in 2014. and 9% – in 2015.
