The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation propose to cancel a visa for some categories of tourists
The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, which has been governing the Federal Agency for Tourism (or Rosturism) since spring, is going to submit a bill for consideration, which would provide for the possibility of a visa -free entry into our country of tourists.
This applies, first of all, tourists, spectators and participants in various cultural and sporting events. Deputy Minister of Culture Alla Manilova, who oversees the direction of tourism, said that such a law can increase the influx of tourists to the country.
In accordance with this project that bought a ticket for cultural and entertainment events, they will be able to enter the country without a visa within ten days. The same conditions are provided for participants in various international business events, various congresses and congresses. According to the terms of implementation of the project, officials from the Ministry of Culture have not yet reported anything, but they hope for its adoption in 2013.
Alla Manilova also suggested introducing a visa -free mode for 72 hours for transit passengers. This can simplify their lives to participants in various cruises. This proposal is far from new and was voiced by Rosturism a year ago. The terms of implementation of this idea are also not known.
