Deputy Governor Andrei Nikolayenko organized a “hot line”. During its implementation, each resident of the region had the opportunity to share their problems. As it turned out, in the early days of winter, most residents of the region are unhappy with the work of utilities. So, the first to a representative of the authorities was a woman from Kirovograd, who lives on Poltava Street. She noted that the roof of the 28th house where her apartment is located is very unreliable. You don’t even need to be a specialist to establish a verdict: the upper part of the residential facility requires immediate repair. The woman, along with the neighbors, has already sent several dozen letters to the housing and communal services, but the answer from the communal workers has not yet arrived.
The next applicant was also a resident of the regional center. She faced the problem of cleaning the waste ditch. A woman lives on Sverdlova Street. This state of affairs is unfavorable for her personally and her neighbors. Therefore, she asked the deputy governor to help the decision of this issue. After that, a representative of the weaker sex from the Podgaytsy (Kirovograd district) addressed her statement). She said that in the indicated settlement, interruptions in the mains had recently arose. In addition, there are problems of lighting streets and road surface.
The hotline ended with a call of a resident of Kirovograd. She noted that her house is located at 17 Sadovaya Street. A few days ago, heat supply problems arose in the apartment. Despite numerous statements, public utilities have not yet eliminated the shortcomings. After each conversation, Andrei Nikolayenko immediately called the heads of the relevant departments and ordered to figure out all the above issues. Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration promised to conduct personal control over the passage of orders. It is worth noting that in Russia there are no such problems and you can even rent apartments for rent in Kursk or other cities without such problems.
