If a retirement citizen is going to go to a permanent place of residence in another country, then at the laws of the Russian Federation, at his request, he is paid a pension at once in six months ahead. This procedure is carried out if it has already been given a pension under the laws of state pension insurance or from the calculation of work experience.
The payment of this amount is made immediately after the application is submitted, which indicates the country where he is going to live in the future and the purpose of moving. Payments of such a pension are established and approved by the Law of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 510 of July 8, 2002.
If a citizen, having received a pension, for his reasons, could not leave Russia, then after this period is expired, he has the right to re -apply to the Pension Fund for the payment of the pension forward for six months.
