The Armenian government demanded an audit of the financial activities of Armenel, this means that, finally, the government began to act in the right one, t. e. legal direction. Instead of creating an unintelligible parliamentary commission with incomprehensible powers, the conclusions of which the Greeks subsequently did not fail to mock with a full basis, instead of amateurish estimates, “on the eye” of the values of the investment made with a public meaningless dedication on this subject, the government should take a simple and clear step – to demand that the government demand conducting an audit (as a minority shareholder) with the involvement of an authoritative auditor, which would give answers to all questions and conclusions of which could form the basis of potential official claims of the Armenian side. It looks like we waited for this moment. The motivation for why this did not happen a year or two ago, when the violations of the “Arman” of all its obligations were already visible to the naked eye, apparently is outside the sphere of state interests. Otherwise, it is impossible to explain the endless patience with which the government issued all the mockery of its “partner”. Until recently, the authorities continued to not notice the flagrant violations, terribly fearing a conflict with a foreignright investor. Truly, it was necessary to be an absolutely mediocre and illiterate manager, which was Nicos Yorgulas, so that the patience of our super-class (when it comes to foreigners) of the government to the end. Now it remains to bring the matter to the logical end, correctly formulating the goals. To do this, it is necessary to fully be aware that the Greek company, in principle, cannot be forced to fulfill its obligations. You cannot demand from the chicken to become an eagle. Therefore, the goal may be one – imprisonment of a monopoly. The faster the better. However, the next sensational statement made the other day by the Minister of Transport and Communications Andranik Manukyan makes us doubt that this goal is set and it will be achieved. It turns out that the government is now in serious fear that after the deprivation of the “Armenla” monopoly the last… Drive the prices of their services. Like, so far there was a heroic obstacle along this path by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, with which Armenel agreed on tariffs. Accordingly, after imprisonment of the monopoly, “Armenel” will untie his hands. It turns out, it turns out, to the Armenian minister, that in addition to state regulation of prices, there is also a market, due to competition. The deprivation of a monopoly just means that competitors will come to the market, and Armenel will be forced to take into account the market conditions in its pricing policy, and not draw the desired numbers in the offices in the company of our ministers.
