Loginova offers a solution to how to diversify the “appearance” of houses, avoiding excessive costs. In her opinion, you can use the capabilities of modern systems of fastened thermal insulation of facades, which offer thousands of color solutions and options for designing a building. In addition, the types of finishing heat -insulating materials that are not known in Russia are beginning to enter the Russian market. As an example, it gives Meldorfer tile, which imitates brickwork on the thermal insulation system and which can be used on buildings of any height.
Loginov also associates the disadvantage of ordinary sleeping areas with their low energy efficiency – a large amount of energy is wasted: the facades of sleeping high -rise buildings “provide” up to 30 percent of the loss of heat.
Ideally, the expert believes, it is necessary to introduce the so -called concepts of a passive house in New Moscow – such a structure that would provide a minimum energy consumption for heating in the winter and air conditioning in the warm season.
As one of the ways of solving Loginov, it offers the use of the compositional plaster facade, which consists of insulation, special reinforcing masses and a decorative layer. A similar facade is used in the construction of half of the cottage villages. She claims that heating costs in the winter may decrease to 40 percent. In addition, this and similar materials reduce the wear of the structure due to atmospheric and climatic effects.
New Moscow is a large and promising territory for the “running -in” of the most modern technologies and construction methods, in the future this experience can be implemented throughout the country.
