The merits of the current government are that there is one of the largest enterprises in the district and one of the main fillers of the regional budget – Ladyzhinsky TPP, you see, is not enough. And if this power had not yet interfered and returned its debts, today it is about 20 million, the price would not be this power.
Now the regional authorities saw two sins in the work of the city. This is a medical industry and too low communal tariffs.
Lidia Didenko, head of the health department and resorts, noted that a rather ambiguous situation has developed in the field of healthcare: according to the decision of the Ladyzhinsky City Council, the region – the only one in the region did not join the project to reform the medical industry, and therefore, are not distinguished by the level of medical care, not The center of primary health care was created, the program of local incentives was not approved.
As for other spheres of Ladyzhin’s life, or not the best indicators, there are no complaints about the work of educational institutions, on the contrary, they show high achievements.
The educational industry Ladyzhina is one of the best in the field: the optimal network of educational institutions, high -quality semantic content, there is a dynamics to increase the student contingent. (Again, the dubious achievement of power, and it is a pity that the region did not see the music school – that first floor of the hostel…)
They did not see the absence of the promised pool and even the sold premises for the youth club (now there is “comfort”).
The regional authorities, by the way, noticed food in schools, but it is funded by us from the Chernobyl fund. Both the local budget and the power here, again, look dubious assistants.
During the meeting, the chairman of the regional state administration, Ivan Movchan, noted that this year in Ladyzhin it is necessary to introduce a program for building affordable housing.
Probably, no one has shown existing land lease agreements with an investor, where the land has been allocated to the construction of “social housing” with black and white. What are the new nine -story buildings in social housing, and how many apartments will we do not know. If at least a dozen, it would be a noise to the whole area…
In the area of the housing and communal services, Ladyzhin identified two main shortcomings. There are 142 high -rise buildings in Ladyzhin, however, one of them did not create associations of co -owners of apartment buildings. The second point – here are substantially underestimated tariffs for utilities, does not correspond to the current economic situation in the country and the region.
Probably, our leaders of the Coastal microdistrict did not see our leads, where accounts were issued a thousand hryvnias for heat.
Such a work of power is purely bureaucratic, because we have such a controlling system: there are good indicators, which means that the authorities are good. And he answers all the reality who stands behind all this – no one is interested in, the main thing is the indicator.
