The Lviv Regional State Administration receive numerous complaints of citizens, as well as deputy requests for the illegal allocation of land in a particular area of the region. Since the beginning of 2010, 130 such complaints received (in 2009 – about 200). This was announced by the chairman of the interdepartmental regional commission on the regulation of land relations in the Lviv region – First Deputy Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Miron Yankev, the press service of the Lviv Regional State Administration informs.
According to him, complaints from Lviv on land issues are also constantly entering the central authorities.
“Extremely large proportion among all complaints is composed of complaints regarding the changes in the intended purpose of large agricultural land – the plots will simply“ reproduce ”under buildings. Unfortunately, this is a mass phenomenon. There are also complaints about probable abuses when providing for the so -called temporary lease for 49 years – forest land. This is especially true for forests in districts adjacent to Lviv and in mountainous regions, ”said Miron Yankev.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration noted that the commission he headed is still a thorough verification of all complaints and appeals (including in view of the publication of land abuses in the Lviv region). After the audit, the commission will hold the meeting directly in the regions of the region.
“If the offense of resolving land issues is established and proved, further actions will take place in accordance with how applicable legislation requires,” Miron Yankiv summed up.
