Already not around the end of the end of the year, and this is another reason to remind the entrepreneurs once again that you must always fulfill your obligations, and the responsibility of “has no holidays”. All year, all the media were heard by the statements that wages would increase, the salary is white, no debts to the employees would remain. Indeed, relevant orders and decrees were issued, but, importantly, the activities of the city administration did not stop there. For raises in salaries, deductions to the Pension Fund and the payment of personal income tax tax are really monitored. Debtors are once again gathering for a meeting to find out the causes of violations and demand the deadlines for correcting comments.
Among the debtors were companies from various industries. The list included the trust-3, Ulyanovskstroyproekt, buildingagagaz, development plus m, Ulstek and some others. Some companies could not send their representatives to the meeting, but they sent encouraging letters with assurances: we will raise the salary, we will pay off debts, and very soon – by spring next year. In general, even more conscientious entrepreneurs have their hopes for the spring revival next year. Someone indicates such a period clearly, someone is trying to disguise this delay. Of course, the term may seem short -lived, but all salary and tax requirements were exhibited several months ago and the vast majority of enterprises coped with the task.
The main reason for the debts of such social non -payers were their own partners and buyers. To the question of the pre -explosors of the meeting, why at least the taxes did not pay, most debtors answered simply: they do not pay us, and we do not pay. The fact that the financial production situation in this period in the region, and throughout the country, has some restrictions and complexity, has long been known. But do debts really appear due to dishonest customers, it is impossible to check now. Although, in general, the logic is quite correct, but representatives of the authorities have a concomitant question why entrepreneurs do not use the judicial system that quickly decides the corresponding disputes and difficulties.
When asked about the long -awaited increase in salaries, on the contrary, they answered quite evasively. Many called the first quarter of the next year. But what exactly is invested in this concept, a promise to please immediately after the New Year holidays, or to refrain from the allowances until April, it never became clear. Debtor enterprises once again, now extremely persistently, were recommended to pay off debts and increase the salary. Some even allocated a certain period – one week. What exactly will be done further on these issues until it is announced.
