Let’s start with the next thesis T. Sargsyan, which seems to us central: “Only a nation that will create a high -quality control system,… capable of changes and development management ”, and we will try to answer the question: is the Armenian people as a whole and the Republic of Armenia, in particular, a unified controlled system, focused on development or even just self -preservation as a single organism, unique society? The unpleasant truth is that this is far from the case, so obvious that, perhaps, does not require fundamental evidence.
We give only a few fresh examples. It was possible to relate differently to the idea of a nationwide “shurjapr” around Mount Aragats. However, it is obvious that this was an event of a nationwide significance, requiring organization and the presence of by no means a super -complex management system. The action failed. And what? For a self -respecting people, this is a serious reason for analyzing attitude to national culture and the national system of values. The public responded? mass media? Silence. Nobody is interested in anyone.
The main law of the country is the Constitution. History indicates that in civilized countries this document was accepted as a result of serious debates, civil movements, even revolutions. On the Constitution, along with the Bible, the presidents take an oath, it is mandatory in schools by all children of the country. We approved it on the basis of mass falsifications, in the conditions of the complete indifference of the lower classes and a sense of deep satisfaction of the tops.
Is the state building can be founded on such a foundation? According to the results of our sociological survey, 1039 representatives of youth Armenia (spring 2017.), only 13% of respondents fully trust the state and 9% – to our society. And if a crisis, if a serious challenge to the country? It is worth adding that in all international ratings – from GDP per capita to the level of corruption and participation in the Olympic Games – we are weaving at the end of the lists along with such unauthorized countries as the Surinam, Gayana, Kapo Verde, etc. P., to which the challenges of the 21st century, frankly, do not apply. For example, we are in 107th place among 170 states in terms of economic development, lower than Morocco, Egypt, Sri Lanka.
What we represent a family-oriented nation and we do not know how to cooperate as part of larger social structures-communities, socio-political organizations, joint-stock companies, finally the state, recorded by Movses Horenaci (“VOKhB Iiots”). It is important that this applies to the fullest and the political, economic and intellectual elite. In other words, we belong to the category of peoples with a low level of social capital, such as the Chinese, southern Italians, the French, as is represented. Fukuyama.
