Rosevrodvevelopment began the construction of the first stage of the Planet shopping and entertainment center, which is located in the city of Novokuznetsk. This object will be the third trading complex in the company’s portfolio and the fourth object together with the Aura shopping center recently purchased in the city.
The estimated volume of investment will be about eight billion Russian rubles, the payback time will be about seven years. The financial partner of this project is the enterprise Gazprombank.
The delivery of the object of the Center for Trade and Mass Entertainment is scheduled for the end of 2018. The Planet shopping center will be the first structure of such an appointment present in the South Kuzbass region, in which the population lives more than a million people. The total area of the center will be more than one hundred and fifty -eight thousand squares, rental – more than seventy -two thousand squares. One of the tenants will be a medical center, which is massage Guasha.
Choosing a place to build
The location of the new facility was not chosen by chance, because Novokuznetsk is the largest in terms of the number of residents living in it, and in area this settlement of the second among regional.
