The State Bank of VTB is going to purchase a private bank Petro -Kommerts. This news, referring to anonymous sources, published several media. First, information appeared on the preparation of the transaction in Ukraine, it was posted by “Economic Izvestia”, arguing that the assessment of the financial condition sold by the bank has already been carried out. After that, Reuters also published this information, referring to two sources. According to the first employees of the Petro -Kommerza, they have already announced a possible sale. The second source assures that negotiations have not yet been disclosed. Representatives of both parties have not yet given official comments on this issue.
