Obolonny midfielder Sergei Myakushko recently played for the youth club team, but even in the Premier League began to attract the matches as the basis. Now the coaching staff involves it in the matches of the first league on an ongoing basis.
– Ahead of three home matches in a row. You think we can count on a good result in these matches?
– Of course. It is always more pleasant to play at home – here, as they say, the walls help. At home, their fans in the stands give us additional emotions. This is difficult to explain, but when you feel serious support from home stands, you get additional forces. Our fans are always with us at home and at visiting matches and we are very grateful to them for this.
– The fact that the team will have three matches in a week will somehow affect the game?
We must be prepared for such a schedule of our matches. Moreover, we will play three times in our own stadium and there will be no move. As for the glasses, it is very important for us to gain a maximum of those matches that remained before the winter break. It is necessary to rethink the reasons for our speech in the first part of the championship and move on.
– What are you assessing the first part of the championship?
– It is difficult to call our performance as we counted on. Many new players and the construction of a new game influenced the results. But we have been training together for a long time and we understand each other better. I’m sure everything will be fine. We will find our game. The potential of the team is high.
– And how you evaluate your progress and game? One and a half years ago you played for youth, and now you often go out at the heart of the team.
– I believe that the player can never be pleased with his game. You can always do something even better and constantly improve your game and your various components. I am pleased that the coaching staff trusts me at the basis of the team, but at the same time I understand that there is a lot of work ahead. You need to constantly develop and add.
– You play for Dynamo-2. How to evaluate the game of the team?
– I really like to play there. I think that there is a very good young team that is constantly progressing. In no match, the opponent’s team was not a head above. The team constantly manages to show football. After a good start, in many matches it was not possible to score the test scores, which we counted on. However, I believe that the team will catch up and, at least, should be in the first six in the spring.
– There are several more matches before the break in the championship. Will both teams can correct their tournament position?
– I am convinced of this. Now we are not in its place and everyone understands this perfectly. Each of us sets ourselves the task of playing the highest level both in personal terms and in the team. We do everything for the progress of the club and the team. I think that in the near future or even in the next match we will change the situation.
