Ergnyan, the report is based on the network readiness index, which reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the country and reflects the degree of its readiness to participate in the development of information and telecommunication technologies, as well as their use, which helps to increase the competitiveness of the country. Moreover, when determining the country’s network readiness index, three components are taken into account: the environment, which, in turn, includes an assessment of the market and political environment, infrastructure; readiness of individuals, business and government; The use of information and telecommunication technologies by individuals, business, government. According to the World Economic Forum, Sweden, Singapore and Denmark reached the best results in the aspect of network readiness. For the past three years, Denmark has been headed by the World Economic Forum, a rating list for IT. Armenia in the network readiness index took 101st place, improving the result of last year to 13 positions. Among the countries of the CIS of Armenia, it occupies far from the best positions, yielding to Azerbaijan (64), Kazakhstan (68), Russia (80), Ukraine (82) and even Georgia (93), ahead of only Tajikistan (109) and Kyrgyzstan). However, Armenia attracted attention to the development rate of the IT sphere. Among the CIS countries, positive dynamics is also registered in Kazakhstan. The rest of the countries in the rating list on information technologies have worsened their positions compared to last year.
