The Daily Telegraph reports that on the site of the San Jose mine located in the city of Kopyapo (Chile), where a group of thirty-three miners, walled up at a depth of six hundred and twenty-five meters, was waiting for liberation for more than two months, it is planned Open the museum.

At the same time, the fleet, with the funds of which, according to the developed “NASA” project, was created a capsule, wants to transport it to the port of Talcauano, which was not so long destroyed by the earthquake. According to the highest ranks of the fleet, this capsule will become for the inhabitants of Talcauano something like a symbol of hope.
The second item, which was disputed, is a note that the miners handed over to the rescuers in order to let them know that they (miners) are alive. According to the Chilean President Sebastian Pigner, this note should be presented in the museum. However, one of the liberated miners – sixty three -year -old Mario Gomez, who is the author of the note, wants it to be returned to him, because the note is important for him as a memory of past events. Sebastian Pignera agrees that in this dispute the last word will still remain with Mario Gomez, but the president said that he would try to convince the miner to transfer this document to the museum.
Recall that the collapse at the San Jose Mine occurred on August February. As a result of the collapsed breeds, the miners were walled up at a depth of six hundred twenty -five meters. For a long enough time there was no news about them. However, on the seventeenth on August, the rescuers who carried out drilling work at this mine managed to find a note attached to the drill, which read: “There are thirty -three people, we are in the shelter and everything is fine with us”.
It was impossible to extract people through a drilled hole. Therefore, rescuers decided to drill a special pit to extract miners. Work lasted until the ninth of October. Throughout this time, water, products, medicines and other essential items were supplied to miners through a specially broken hole.
